2017 Fall Institute


FALL INSTITUTE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Fall Institute will be held at the Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN from October 18th to 20th, 2017. If you have any questions please contact our Sponsorship Chair, Kathryn Topper, at sponsorship@tnhfma.org.

Registration Information:

  • Registration will remain open until October 9 (Noon CDT).
  • Please note you must be a sponsor of the Tennessee Chapter of HFMA in order to exhibit at the Fall Institute. Sponsorships start at $2,000 per year; to learn about all the benefits of sponsorship and how to enroll visit:  http://www.tnhfma.org/Benefits-of-Sponsorship
  • Sponsorship registration and payment must be submitted by October 9th to exhibit.
  • Cost to Exhibit: No Charge
  • Each person who will be present at your booth must register for the conference to obtain a badge and ensure accurate food counts. If you are using one of your complimentary vouchers, you can select that option on the payment screen.

Booth Information:

  • Booth assignments will be e-mailed to the sponsor contact on or before October 12th, 2017.
  • Power and internet will be available free of charge.

Key Times:

  • Booth Setup - Wednesday, October 18th from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EDT). All booths must be set up by 5:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Times - See schedule of events/brochure for details.
  • Booth Tear Down - Friday, October 20th from 10:30 a.m. to noon (EDT).

Shipping Information:

  • The earliest time the Park Vista will accept shipments is Monday, October 16th, 2017.
  • The person’s name who will be looking for your packages should be noted on the shipping label as well as noting that it is for the HFMA Conference.
