Once again, the Tennessee Chapter of HFMA and East Tennessee Healthcare Executive Affiliation of ACHE are partnering to present a great educational and networking event.  Please join us for the upcoming TNHFMA / ETHEA joint meeting and executive panel discussion on the topic, “Developing High Performance Teams.” 

When:  Wednesday, November 7, 2018, 6:00 PM (EDT); 6:00- 6:15 Networking,  6:15-7:45 Education Panel, 7:45-8:00 Networking

Summary:  Today’s workplace calls for the development of high performance work teams to manage dynamic healthcare environments. The panelists will present strategies to design and implement collaborative work systems.

•         Discuss how the cultures of healthcare organizations embrace collaboration and teamwork. 
•         Describe how individual contributions to team efforts are rewarded. 
•         Discuss how leaders of healthcare organizations measure team success.
